Our Program
Will you join us on a journey to discover the sound of your true nature? It is full of life, authentic, joyful, and peaceful.
At the beautiful Fontallorso location in Tuscany, Italy, we’ll come together for 5 days and 6 nights to celebrate life.
It will be an organic program so we can dive deep in what wants to be discovered: Be together, share in circle (we reflect on your sharing if you want), practice qigong movement touch & breath, open our authentic voices with sound, go for walks, enjoy delicious food and look deep within ourselves during longer periods of darkness and silence.
Our circle provides a safe, nurturing container where you can step back from daily life to explore your inner world of beliefs and patterns. Who is this being that you call you, beyond your name, your identity, and the roles you play in this life?
Roughly 700 metres above sea level, we are located near the beautiful Casentinesi forest park. The 360 view of the surrounding hills, covered with woodland and vineyards takes your breah away and reflects a serence peace and silence of and in itself.
In the beautiful hills of Tuscany, just 35 minutes from the centre of Florence and surrounded by vineyards, forest and olivetrees you will find Villa Fontallorso: This 19th Century Villa used to belong to an ancient noble family, the Dukes of Caffarelli.
Rooms
We have 18 bedrooms, each of them has been decorated by Tana. Each room has a complete different feel which gives each room it's own unique charm. Together in the circle we are going to feel into who wants to sleep where so that we make sure that we live by our biggest virtue:
“How to make sure that everyone in the circle is well.”
Prices
6 days, 5 nights (lift available)
2 yummy meals all homemade by our Italian chef Giovanna and enough snacks/fruits/drinks
All breakfasts will be prepared by us.
5 days of guidance and practice by Channa, Marit and Eva
